販売価格

販売価格は、表示された金額（表示価格/消費税込）と致します。
送料は一律６００円とさせていただきます。

Your total order cost, including merchandise and tax will be presented to you during checkout in Japanese Yen and in your preferred currency(approx).
Shipping fee: We will charge 800JPY per order to customers in any countries.

Payment Options:
We accept Credit cards for international orders.
Payment through bank transfer, Pay-easy and convenience store, are only available in Japan.
If you're based outside of Japan, you may have experienced an error when attempting to process payments for orders placed.

We will advise you as soon as we receive your inquiry.

商品のお届け時期

お支払いの確認が出来次第、通常１〜２営業日以内に発送手配をいたします。お届けまでは、通常５〜１０日営業日をいただいておりますが、稀に、交通事情や悪天候により遅延することがある旨、ご理解をお願い申し上げます。

Items will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation by e-mail.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed and will arrive 5-10 business days after they are shipped.

返品について

■商品発送前に入念に商品確認致しますが、万が一不良品がありましたら、商品到着1週間以内に、メールにてご連絡ください。
■入荷する際、一点ずつ丁寧に検品しておりますが、全て手作業による 一点物である旨、ご理解いただけますようお願い致します。
■日本製品とは違い極々小さな汚れ、縫い目の曲がり、 ほつれ、染料の飛び散りや、郵送中の折りシワなどは不良品とはせずに販売させていただいておりますのでご了承ください。
■写真の色と実際の色は、お使いのパソコン環境により若干異なります事をご了承下さい。
■原則として、お客様側のご都合、もしくは一度ご使用になった商品の返品はお受けできません。
■明らかな不良品の場合には誠意をもって対応させていただきますので商品到着後５日以内にご連絡下さい。折り返し返送方法をご案内いたします。
■その他の返品・交換はご容赦ください。

■All items need to be returned in original, new condition and and in original package.
If, upon inspection, the items appear to be used, we will not be able to process your return.
■Your item will be carefully checked and securely packed before shipping out.
■All items are handmade, one of a kind and will never be “perfect” as machine made. Please keep this in mind when you buy these products.
■If the item has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery, please contact us (wayuumochilastore@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we have confirmed the return delivery by providing us with the tracking number, we will be able to issue you an exchange or refund accordingly.
■The cost of return will be at your expense.
■ We will endeavour to match the images as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the product will be exactly as you see it on your screen due to all computer monitors display colours in different ways.
■You will not be able to return the item for any other reason other than a defect.
■Please note: orders cannot be cancelled after they have already been shipped out.
